Who's eligible

Wahoo PROGRM is for qualifying coaches, athletes and industry professionals. You will need to show proof of your professional status and the organization(s) you work with when you apply.

Work at a bike shop?

Bike shop owners and employees have their own industry discount through our dealer training portal. Sign in or create an account there to learn about Wahoo products and redeem your discount.

How to apply

  1. Select Apply now, then sign in with your existing Wahoo account or create a new one.
  2. Complete the application form and attach proof of your professional status. It should show your name and the organization(s) you are affiliated with.
  3. Submit your application. We will be in touch within 5 days.

Terms and conditions

  • We offer eligible participants of this program a specific percentage off the manufacturer’s stated retail price (MSRP) of our products. MSRP for Wahoo products can be found on our website at wahoofitness.com.
  • All purchases through this program are intended for personal, individual use.
  • Resale of products purchased through this program is strictly prohibited. Wahoo Fitness reserves the right to revoke program membership from anyone who violates this or any of its policies.
  • Discounted purchases made through the Wahoo PROGRM industry program are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Program purchases are limited to a per-individual annual spend of US $5,000 / CAD $6,900 / £3,800 / €4,300 / AUD $7,500 / ¥778,000 during a 365-day period.
  • All industry discounts are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, please check back at a later date, as we are unable to advise on future availability.
  • Certain products may be excluded from these programs at the sole discretion of Wahoo Fitness.
  • Wahoo App memberships, Zwift memberships and bundles that include memberships are not included.
  • After you submit your application, Wahoo Fitness will contact you to ask for further information if needed, or to let you know your Wahoo PROGRM application status. Please allow 5 days for a response. Independent email inquiries are not monitored and will not receive a response.
  • All Wahoo PROGRM sales are final.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with Wahoo PROGRM discounts in a single purchase.
  • Wahoo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Wahoo PROGRM at any time and in any manner.
