We’re looking for a Technical Service Representative to provide world-class technical customer service to Wahoo customers and distributors.

    In this role, you will:

  • Become a technical expert on Wahoo products: providing top level service to our customers, bicycle shops, dealers, and distributors.
  • Determine the cause of product returns and determine the best approach to resolve any issues.
  • Refurbish returned products in a timely manner according to specific specifications.
  • Use a variety of systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Manage inventory flow of all incoming and outgoing customer returns, warranties and 
replacements for customer resolution.
  • Test returns to collect and analyze customer feedback/issues.
  • Provide feedback of product issues for ongoing analysis and partner with developers to 
resolve issues.
  • Use our customer service management system (Zendesk) to log and manage customer 
service interactions.

Customer Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager to lead subscriber and revenue growth for Wahoo’s Training Software (presently known as The Sufferfest: using all digital marketing tactics at their disposal: (Paid SEM, Social & Content Marketing, Email, Display, etc.).

    In this role, you will:

  • Build and develop multi-channel, integrated campaigns to drive user acquisition including: search, display, social, App/Play store, etc.
  • Will need to help meet subscriber goals set for the months/year, and fall within a reasonable cost per acquisition
  • Monitor and report on day-to-day performance across multiple marketing channels
  • Monthly and quarterly reports will also need to be conducted
  • Develop a strong retargeting strategy, not only using data from Wahoo’s software customers, but also our product consumers
  • Compile results and analyze data to uncover learnings and ways to improve efficiency
  • Design, execute and analyze experiments and tests to improve campaign performance
  • Uncover growth opportunities, as well as conduct research into new initiatives
  • To include conducting competitive analysis research regularly
  • Maintain and grow our affiliate marketing program
  • Be responsible for achieving monthly revenue growth targets within prespecified CPA limits associated with the digital acquisition channel

Electrical Design Engineer

Department: Hardware Engineering

We’re looking for an Experienced Electrical Design Engineer to help develop cutting edge computer systems, motor control boards, displays and sensor devices, RF communications modules, consumer devices and many more diverse and challenging electrical circuits.

    In this role, you will:

  • Design and validate embedded systems based on ARM architectures, running RTOS or Android.
  • Develop motor control modules that employ sophisticated algorithms to drive motors ranging from several watts to 5kW in power. Control speed, torque and power based on simulated behavior of real world training equipment.
  • Design various power supply systems that include DC/DC, AC/DC, low and high power capabilities.
  • Take new products through full regulatory compliance certifications and debug and update designs to achieve compliance with emission standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements.
  • Use multiple different CAD tools to capture schematics, guide layout design and prepare full design documentation necessary for manufacturing.
  • Maintain existing designs, debug and solve problems and issues reported from the field.
  • Work with third party suppliers on specialized designs of antennas, RF components etc., where the schedules or resources do not warrant an in-house design.
  • participate in design reviews and be part of larger teams as needed on different projects.

Test Engineer
