Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love ditching the magnets This thing just works. It's *wonderful* to no longer have to deal with magnet alignment on cadence sensors - the bane of my existence with my bike until now. I like that it also transmits simultaneously on both BT and ANT+ meaning you can use it simultaneously with the two standards if you really need to feed your inner geek. What I wish (hint, hint Wahoo) is that Wahoo would come out with the speed sensor that does the same thing right now. Otherwise, I'm constrained to buying Garmin's sensor. I'd buy another one of these for the back wheel if they made it into a speed sensor. It ought to be the exact same hardware with only a software change.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only used on indoor trainer, slow pairing I only use this sensor for RPM/Cadence on my indoor trainer with the Wahoo KICKR and TICKR. I connect with my MAC via bluetooth and ride either Trainer Road or Zwift. The cadence sensor is very accurate and I haven't needed to change the battery yet. The only downside for this sensor is the amount of time it takes to connect to Zwift and TrainerRoad. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes to connect. 30 seconds is fine, but once I get past that I start wondering if I need to disconnect, reconnect, maybe it's out of batteries? Installation was super easy though. Pretty much set it on the crank arm and go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet Just received my RPM cadence unit and have had several rides with it. The simplicity of the gizmo is elegant. It does what it is supposed to do with a simple installation, pairing with my iPhone 6sP using Abvio Cycle/Walkmeter. My cranks were not as flat on the inner face as shown in the Wahoo installation so used the silicone rubber and wire ties installation option. It seems to me that this would be a more weather tight option for those us cycling in the Pacific Northwest - it does tend to rain a bit up here. Great solution for the flexibility of cadence only for those of us using smart phones with fitness apps. The dual channel transmitter will also interface with the cycle computers I'm considering.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from RPM/Cadence I am reviewing the Wahoo rpm/cadence device. I received 2 from wahoo and neither works properly. During a ride the dadence is all over the place. goes right from 90 to 70 to 90 to 60. I had my garmin cadence linked also to my garmin 1000 and that was very steady.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, works great out of the box When I got the RPM sensor, I noticed a blue light flashing, so without even unboxing it, I found it on my Android....that was a good sign. The instructions are simple drawings, that confused me a bit, but I placed the Cadence Sensor on my crank with the double sticky tape and it works great with my IpBike App, Instantly found it and provides current, last 60 second, avg, and max RPM. Superbly easy and helpful. I use it on a tandem with a PD patient on back to maintain 85 RPM. It works.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Portability I bought the cadence sensor so that I could use it on my shoe and on different bikes. Worked great on the trainer and on a short road ride. I tried it on my shoe for 100 miles and I had shoe covers on and intermittently it didn't work, so that disappointed me. I put my iPhone in a plastic bike bag and the blue tooth worked to track me so I was disappointed the cadence sensor didn't work under shoe covers. I have not attached it to bike because I wanted to use it on several bikes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great device I have been using my cadence sensor for a few months now and It works great. I have never had any issues Bluetoothing to my iPhone 5. I have tried counting RPM in the past just to get and idea but without doing it enough you still don't get the feel but now with the sensor I am able to see my cadence realtime. I have never any other cadence sensors to compare to but the product ease of use, cost and quality has to be hard to beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RPM Training aid Neat gizmo! Provides well-buffered (numbers don't jump around), real-time feedback. I use it for HIIT hill repeats. It's helpful in guiding effort and also motivates me to push to my goals. Nice companion to Wahoo HR monitor. Mounting on my road shoes required a little "engineering" because my straps were too wide for the clip. I wire-tied the silicon case onto the shoes so I can easily switch the RPM to my MTB shoes.
