Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like the equipment and would recommend it. I like the magnetic connection that makes it easy to charge and disconnect the unit. My original charging cable failed due to one of the spring pins was stuck in the down position and would not make contact with the HRM in order to charge it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Broken connectors. Magnetic charger for the Tickr fitbit, works well, easy to use, not too expensive. Replaced the previous one because the little spring loaded connecters on the charger broke. This one is identical, hopefully it won't happen again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cable fixed to charging craddle I hate it as the charger is firmly connected with the charging cable so if cable is damaged, you have to replace whole unit as well. This is enviromental super unfriendly and support waste. Unless this is sorted, this was my last thing I have ever bought with the company!
