1Stem Mount for ELEMNT Bike Computer is rated out of 5 by 5.Rated 3 out of 5 by Cdkorps from Needs beefin up. Ok. Not a bashing here. This part is perfect in every way for a zip on stem mount. Since you can only buy them here, I would hope they could take a little more abuse on the mountain bike. Buy a couple for back up. Otherwise is preforms perfectly!Date published: 2017-01-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Rmor487 from Stem mount for Element I purchased the stem mount to put on my second bike. This is a sturdy mount that doesn't move with vibration.Date published: 2016-12-17Rated 5 out of 5 by ricndy1 from Great Feature Works as advertisedDate published: 2016-10-09Rated 2 out of 5 by Emil from It does not fit well with handle bars or the stem. It does not fit well on handlebar or stem. The zip tie does not fit well with it causing it to slide. The side where the zip drops to wrap around the handlebar do not fit well that it looks ugly.Date published: 2016-09-25Rated 2 out of 5 by JBowlingball from Good computer retention, difficult to mount. Summary: Great computer (Better than Garmin in my opinion). Mount has great retention and have ridden very technical single track with it without issue. The zip tie system does not work well unless used on a stem and even when used on a stem the tiptoes are not very pleasing to the eye. I am using this mount on my mountain bike, on the handlebars not the stem, as the stem isn't long enough for the elemnt. My handlebars are 35mm diameter at the stem, so none of the out front options I could find would work. This mount would be infinitely better if Wahoo just used rubber band style mounts like some of their competitors and not zip ties. I went through many zip ties trying to get my computer to sit squarely on the bars, due to the taper. Basically as I tightened the zip ties the mount would moved. My Garmin mount with rubber bands had no such issues.Date published: 2016-09-12
