The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society- As a Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society holds a special place in Wahoo Mike’s heart. LLS is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer, and the research and patient advocacy they provide is amazing. Additionally, LLS's Team in Training was Mike’s introduction to triathlons after a year of chemo and radiation treatment, which was a great way to get his body and mind back into shape!
CYCLE Kids- The mission of Cycle Kids is to reduce childhood obesity by teaching kids the joys of biking. Their goal is to instill in kids a love for physical activity, to teach them good nutritional habits, and to grow in them a sense of confidence, curiosity, and independence. Several Wahoo team members have kids and we all like bikes, so this charity was an easy choice.
The Humane Society of the United States- We’ve got a few office dogs that hang out at Wahoo Headquarters who voted on this charity. The Humane Society of the United States is the nation's largest and most effective animal protection organization. They help animals by advocating for better laws to protect them, providing animal rescue and emergency response, investigating cases of animal cruelty, and caring for animals emergency shelters and clinics.

We have all lost family members and close friends at far too young of an age, so giving to the American Cancer Society important to us.
